Imagine saying a friendly good morning to a neighbour on your way to work, only to return home to find the street cordoned off with police tape and a scene of crime officers photographing your surroundings for evidence — or checking your news feed and realising people you know are involved in the most unthinkable crime: murder.

Across a series of three episodes, the show tells separate compelling stories that explore the shockwaves within a community when someone that lived amongst them commits murder or is murdered.

Each programme examines different motives from revenge, to love gone wrong and greed. With unique access to investigating police forces and experts from the field of criminal psychology, no stone is left unturned as the crimes are investigated.
